Return Authorization: If your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on returning the item (if applicable).
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds typically take 5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
4. Shipping, Tax and Duty Costs
Refunds will cover only the cost of the product. Shipping fees, Tax and Duty are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
For International returns, customers are responsible for shipping, Tax and Duty. Please label your package as "Product Return" to avoid extra fees. Your package will be rejected if any fee are incurred on delivery.
